The 25th District faces a severe affordability and infrastructure crisis. We must lower costs with practical, bottom-up solutions:
Housing: Streamline permits for starter homes, legalize rural accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and protect mobile home residents from corporate displacement.
Infrastructure: Reform state grant structures to provide upfront funding rather than reimbursement models, which cripple small towns upgrading water and sewer systems.
Economy & Jobs: Enforce antitrust laws to dismantle monopolies driving up costs. Protect farmers and agricultural workers with surcharge-free fuel at the pump, and implement "Community Hire" programs to prioritize local workers and veterans for good-paying jobs.

I am offering a new generation of leadership that will challenge my own party to prioritize bottom-up solutions, dramatically expanding vocational training and backing our local small businesses. Together, we can build a future where anyone who works hard can earn a decent living right here at home.

I will fight 100% of the time for working families by cutting the regulations that block affordable construction and supporting local builders instead of out-of-state developers. Together, we can build neighborhoods where our kids and seniors can actually afford to live and stay in our community.
Accountable Government

Strong Public Schools
I will challenge the status quo to fully fund our local classrooms and drastically expand apprenticeships and trades programs. By working together, we can ensure every child receives an excellent education that prepares them for a good-paying career.
Accessible Healthcare
While the political establishment in both parties watched from the sidelines, out-of-state private equity firms and monopolies bought up our local healthcare systems and jacked up your bills. I am stepping up to offer independent leadership that stands up to corporate lobbyists and protects our community clinics and rural hospitals. By putting patients over profits, we can ensure every family gets the high-quality, affordable medical care they deserve.
